For Stall Holders:
- All Stall Holders MUST have their own Third party Liability Insurance.
- Food Stall holders MUST pay the food license fee direct to Auburn Council. For details of Food Licence Fee, contact Mr. Samuel Barnard, at Auburn Council on 8745-9717 (Should you need UIA assistance, please let us know).
- Food stallholders to comply with the guidelines attached at the bottom of this page.
- Stall Holders will need to bring trolleys to carry their goods to the stall/ Sydney Athletic Centre will provide some assistance.
- UIA, and its GC members and/or the Event organisers will not be responsible for the sale of Pirated and/or illegal goods. Stallholders take full responsibility for the activity in the stall.
